Room Attendants : Location – Goa
Knowledge of making room ready , should know how to check the room with proper checklist. Be well versed with all the supplies and amenities of the rooms. .Candidate should have the knowledge of all the formats and SOP followed in room division.
Rooms Supervisor : Location – Goa
He should know how to check the room with proper checklist. Well known with all the supplies and amenities of the rooms. Having knowledge of all the spring cleaning procedure of the rooms. He should have hotel software knowledge as well as computer savvy. should be capable enough to release at least 35 to 40 rooms in his shift. He should also be also aware about inventory process and cost saving methods. Important to have catering diploma holder or degree holder. Good communication skills.
Chef De Partie – Pastry Chef : Location – Goa
Good skills in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, etc.in the required cuisine. Pastry Chef must have sound knowledge of HACCP, Creativity Skills , Leadership Skills in handling the Bakery department.
Executive Sous Chef : Location – Goa
Responsible to oversee the entire kitchen operation including the alternative restaurants and the crew kitchen by initially monitoring all food preparation, presentation and delivery over the course of the day. He will be required to control the Pass during service times for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
F & B Controller : Location – Goa
Responsible to Control the ordering, purchasing and issuing of food and beverage goods. Generate daily report for buffet based on portion issued (left over, usable & waste), portion cost and No. of pax covered.
F & B Associate – Steward: Location – Goa
Responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction. Filling in for absent staff as needed.
Team Leader – Captain: Location – Goa
Responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment Handling daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
Restaurant Manager: Location – Goa
To manage his/her assigned outlets as successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Brand standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Food & Beverage operation and administration. To be flexible and extend job duties and responsibilities, which do not distinctly differ in nature from the original assigned work, including re-assignment to alternative departments and areas if required, to meet business demand and guest service needs. To be responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of food & beverages in the restaurants.
Banquet Manager: Location – Goa
Responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held in the Hotel and all details pertaining to functions being held in all Banquet and Meeting rooms in keeping with the standards prescribed by management. Primarily concerned with front of house activities, achievement of budgeted food sales.
